I drive for a living. And often there are people who are inconsiderate or just looking for some way to provoke a situation. Or that's what it occurs like.

And for me it's almost like being stuck in someone else's car while they play music you really do not like. It just hits you in this upsetting way and you can't get them to change it or put something else on.

Last week someone cut me off while I was driving 30. In the distance of 2 blocks. To get in the left turn lane ahead of me. Just to sort of mad dog me and break check me. Trying to make me miss the light.

It made no sense. I saw them pull onto the street from a turn. I had never seen them before in my life. Like they just wanted to provoke something. But I put this on and I was able to slow down. Calm down. Process the situation and move on.

Clear and much less confused. But I maintained efficiency and it didn't set me back at all. Like this helped me work more when little stuff like that can add up and make you want to just take the rest of the day off.

Normally Im very kind and supportive to people on the road and work to communicate. But when I can't this is amazing to help see through the other upset persons point of view. So I don't act also irrational to feed into whatever is causing the upset.

And if its me and I made a mistake. It helps me redirect the force, in a manner of speaking so Im not the focus of that person anymore.
