I'm still in the process of using this product, but I can tell you right now that this has already made a world of difference in my anxiety level. Although, I drive a car daily there are still certain situation that have always made me felt nervous about approaching. I think a lot of my anxiety can be traced back to driver's education and some of the very bad instructors that I had. They literally would crack jokes about my driving skills when I was out on the road. Even though logically, I know that I'm a safe driver, in the back of mind I feel those same scared/embarssed emotions that I felt back in that summer training class. It's like there is some sort of nervious perfectionist voice in my head, sometimes. What is wonderful about this product is that Victoria asks you to make a list of your biggest worries/ fearful situations about driving, and then she reccommmends you to start with the milder fears first and then work on the more harder ones. I like that she uses a very subtle technique to exchange a stressful feeling for a very relaxing pleasing situation instead. Overall, this cd is a great deal and value and I know this will eventually help me to eliminate all of the pent up anxiety that I have collected through out the years. I have already noticed that my mind seems to be working out a lot of the hidden tension that I have when I sleep and dream. This is a wonderful feeling, and I wish that I could have discovered this product many, many years ago....

The track Systematic Desensitization helped tackle specific anxieties triggered while driving and work with releasing those, whereas the other two are more generic, to feel more peaceful and relaxed and then bring up those feelings when needed.
