I have only listened to this recording for a week now, I haven't been mindful of what or how much I eat up to today. When I got on the scale I seen that my weight has dropped from 174.5 to 172. Last night my family purchased pizza and I love pizza and normally can eat a half of one by myself but I only took 2 slices and was satisfied. I can't believe the drop in my weight but will continue to listen to the recordings for a full month and I look forward to seeing my results. My goal is to get down to 125. I have several other downloads and love the products so far. This one, I'm not so sure about. I just had a very hard time getting into a hypnotic state because I kept cracking up while listening. I think I just have a very hard time visualizing myself saying "I like my butt!" and it brought on a case of the giggles. Though maybe it represents a bigger issue of being able to accept my body.

I love this hypnosis. After doing a session every day for 30 days I found myself drinking more water without even thinking about it as if it was natural. I also found myself passing up a lot of the less healthy foods at the grocery store and being super motivated to buy foods that were better for me. This I also found doing w/o any thought or hesitation. It was like I was super pumped to do so. Waking up in the morning after doing the session the night before right before I went to bed would motivate me to go for a walk/job w/o all the thinking too much of why I didn't have time or all of the other B.S. I would come up with that would just take up more time sitting on my butt then just doing and making some kind of exercise a daily routine. Now two things I would suggest....one, make sure to do this session daily and at a set time. I did it right before bed. I can see doing it right when you wake up beneficial as well as it will energize you at the end. And two, make sure to keep at it, especially as a motivator so that you reprogram your subconscious to make the benefits infused in your mind instead of struggling w/ excuses. If that sounds like you that is. I highly recommend you get this and you will see yourself eating better and exercising a whole lot more. And remember, any kind of exercise helps. I felt the desire to have an attractive and good-looking body (or at least ABS) long ago. I tried diets, fitness rooms, but no success. So, when I met Victoria’s site, I saw a lot of life contexts, which could be improved by means of hypnosis. I took free course, and after that I purchased several mp3s, and a bundle of mp3s. They really did work, and I wrote due reviews earlier.

So, recently I came back to the idea of a healthy and attractive body (or at least ABS) and got an idea, why not have it by use of hypnosis? I do not have enough time for fitness, or swimming, and moreover, I’m pretty lazy. I wrote Victoria and she told me that obtaining an attractive ABS by hypnosis was possible, but anyway, exercises and due restrictions of meals would be required. After that she advised me to purchase Beach Body, or Flat Belly. Since Flat Belly was not supported by .pdf script, I purchased Beach Body and its .pdf.

Dear all, the subsequent events were unimaginable. I downloaded the file and started listening. I listened to it for 2 times. Here, I did not close my eyes when listening, since I was at work and was eager to test the newly-purchased mp3. So, I had to listen to it with my eyes open, and was simultaneously doing some job-related business.

On the next day after listening I saw an advertisement offer to purchase abs muscle toning belt (I will not tell the brand to avoid advertising accusations). Moreover, I read its reviews and found out that it best of all suited my needs. I did not tell anything to anybody about it, but my wife gifted me the amount of money for the New Year that was equal to the belt value. So, hypnosis works. Although in such an amazing way, but it does work. The effect occurred on the very next day. Moreover, I went on listening to the mp3, and I felt that the wish to eat after 18.00 disappeared. I started listening to the Beach Body hypnosis MP3 when I, of course, wanted to change how my body looked.
I must say I enjoyed the short induction and how Victoria quickly gets to the subject at hand. Being a quite visual person, the aspect of visualizing how my new body looked hit right home with me as well. I have certainly noticed changes in my behavior, but the most significant is probably the motivation and drive I feel when working towards my goal. Whenever I exercise and feel like quitting, I think of where I'll get if I continue.The results only build on each other.
I must note that self - discipline goes a long way, however. If you ain't gonna listen consistently, it ain't gonna work for you. That goes for mostly everything in life!

The reason I was a bit sketptical about whether this particular MP3 would be useful is that I already eat very healthfully--no junk foods, smaller meals more frequently, low sugar, low processed foods, etc.--and I thought that this product would be like most other slimming-related products in focusing mostly on one's diet, while MY particular issue is building back my enthusiasm for, and commitment to working out regularly. Well! I was pleasantly surprised to find that I started seeing/feeling my body as slender and "beach flauntable!" I have been on this download for 2 weeks and what I've noticed is very dramatic. I have one of those jobs that is boring but critical. I sit at a desk all day. In the morning I had this habit of going by McDonalds for breakfast. Then I would eat a heavy lunch, even though I wasn't hungry at all. It was just habit. But I have realized that I was eating because I was afraid I would get hungry and I wouldn't have anything to eat. Two mornings after listening to this download I drove right by McDonalds. Instead, I went to the grocery store and bought tuna, some soups and some healthy snacks to keep at my desk. Score one for Beach Body Hypnosis! Then, about a week later, I woke up one morning and just felt like I already have the body I want (I need to lose a total of 70 lbs). Then I started going to the spa and getting facials to make my skin feel younger. Now I'm wearing make up and doing my hair. When it's time to eat, I'm eating three or four bites of healthy stuff, and skipping the dessert. I just have no DESIRE for it. When it comes to exercise, I find myself getting up from my desk more times during the day and just walking around the office, or going outside to walk around the building during my breaks. Sometimes I even get on the treadmill in the office gym. I KNOW that I've lost some of my unwanted pounds because I can feel my clothes on me differently. I'm finding that the better feel emotionally and mentally, the easier it is to eat right and move my body more. This hypnosis session, combined with the Self Image download have been instrumental. In the past, I have exercised regularly at the gym, ate in correct proportions/amounts, and did lose some weight, but never got in the shape that I wanted. I also tried some exercise DVDs with absolutely no results but getting bulky in the places I didn't want more muscles. Since I started listening to this Beach Body Hypnosis program, I found a great exercise DVD that fitted exactly my needs for half the price of its original price. With both Beach Body Hypnosis program and the new exercise DVD, my body is actually changing into the shape that I have always visualized. As the product description says, I have modified my behavior naturally as well as finding my own fitness routine that works best for me. It also made me want to take in more veggies, steamed, without additional flavoring and although I was never that big on veggies, believe it or not, I am truly enjoying it. I bought this product because I wanted my body to be more toned and loose a little bit more weight.

The description is what sold me this product; not so much the title. I believe that beauty is in the eye of the beholder and everyone has their own "perfect" body image. I wanted a product that will help me achieve the body that I want not so much as what others want me to have. ( Just because I am a guy, does not mean I want big muscles sort of thing )

I work with this program along with another different program. The other program also helps me achieve my body image goal; so they work well together.

This program helps you build a desire/motivation to listen to it everyday ( twice a day if possible ) for the next 30 days no matter what. This is exactly what I did. I listened to it everyday ( thought not twice a day because I work with another different program ) for the next 30 days and more.

I started listening to this program on July 14, 2011 and I am now writing a review about it today; August 14, 2011 ( I just finished listening to it ); though I do not know when it will be posted here on the page because this review has to be approved first by the admin.

So, the real question is, did I visibly achieve results? The answer is YES =). Yes, I did achieve results. Sometimes I cant believe it myself when I look in the mirror. And sometimes I feel like it might be taken away from me ( I guess I am trying to scare myself for whatever reason ). I am more toned, and I have lost weight. Though, I do not weight myself, I just go by what I see in the mirror. I never cared much about weight; I care much of what I look like and how healthy I am. Though, the recording does mention about achieving your weight goal and body fat goal; when I get to those parts I just say "The same weight as the person that has the body image I want".

This program helps me relax greatly. It helps me easily get rid of tension. It is approx 35 mins long; sometimes I dont feel the time and and sometimes I do.

Since working with this program, I pretty much know what my body needs/wants. I know the foods I need to eat. I know when I need to eat something sweet and when I dont. I know when I need protein, fat, carb, etc. I know what kind of exercise I need to do. Everything is pretty much effortless in my part. Everything just happens naturally.

This recording will definitely help you get the body YOU desire. Emphasize on YOU! I love this recording. I am going to continue listening to this because I am not quite done yet. Yes, I have gotten amazing results, but I just got started. I have much more to achieve. I am very much close to my goal. 30 days was a good duration time for me, but I need more time to truly be EXACTLY where I want to be. I will continue listening to this until I get there.

I must note that self - discipline goes a long way, however. If you ain't gonna listen consistently, it ain't gonna work for you. That goes for mostly everything in life!

The reason I was a bit sketptical about whether this particular MP3 would be useful is that I already eat very healthfully--no junk foods, smaller meals more frequently, low sugar, low processed foods, etc.--and I thought that this product would be like most other slimming-related products in focusing mostly on one's diet, while MY particular issue is building back my enthusiasm for, and commitment to working out regularly. Well! I was pleasantly surprised to find that I started seeing/feeling my body as slender and "beach flauntable!" And as a result of experiencing my body differently, I started to do the actions that matched my feeling-sense! I'm excited to see more results as I continue with it!

I have been on this download for 2 weeks and what I've noticed is very dramatic. I have one of those jobs that is boring but critical. I sit at a desk all day. In the morning I had this habit of going by McDonalds for breakfast. Then I would eat a heavy lunch, even though I wasn't hungry at all. It was just habit. But I have realized that I was eating because I was afraid I would get hungry and I wouldn't have anything to eat. Two mornings after listening to this download I drove right by McDonalds. Instead, I went to the grocery store and bought tuna, some soups and some healthy snacks to keep at my desk. Score one for Beach Body Hypnosis! Then, about a week later, I woke up one morning and just felt like I already have the body I want (I need to lose a total of 70 lbs). Then I started going to the spa and getting facials to make my skin feel younger. Now I'm wearing make up and doing my hair. When it's time to eat, I'm eating three or four bites of healthy stuff, and skipping the dessert. I just have no DESIRE for it. When it comes to exercise, I find myself getting up from my desk more times during the day and just walking around the office, or going outside to walk around the building during my breaks. Sometimes I even get on the treadmill in the office gym. I KNOW that I've lost some of my unwanted pounds because I can feel my clothes on me differently. I'm finding that the better feel emotionally and mentally, the easier it is to eat right and move my body more. This hypnosis session, combined with the Self Image download have been instrumental. In the past, I have exercised regularly at the gym, ate in correct proportions/amounts, and did lose some weight, but never got in the shape that I wanted. I also tried some exercise DVDs with absolutely no results but getting bulky in the places I didn't want more muscles. Since I started listening to this Beach Body Hypnosis program, I found a great exercise DVD that fitted exactly my needs for half the price of its original price. With both Beach Body Hypnosis program and the new exercise DVD, my body is actually changing into the shape that I have always visualized. As the product description says, I have modified my behavior naturally as well as finding my own fitness routine that works best for me. It also made me want to take in more veggies, steamed, without additional flavoring and although I was never that big on veggies, believe it or not, I am truly enjoying it. I listened for 30 days but noticed changes in my self the first week . I started to really like the way i look . Beach Body Hypnosis helps you maintain a good body image , If your working out its like you notice the changes i caught my self admiring my toned arms and my body in general .. I bought this product because I wanted my body to be more toned and loose a little bit more weight.

The description is what sold me this product; not so much the title. I believe that beauty is in the eye of the beholder and everyone has their own "perfect" body image. I wanted a product that will help me achieve the body that I want not so much as what others want me to have. ( Just because I am a guy, does not mean I want big muscles sort of thing )

I work with this program along with another different program. The other program also helps me achieve my body image goal; so they work well together.

This program helps you build a desire/motivation to listen to it everyday ( twice a day if possible ) for the next 30 days no matter what. This is exactly what I did. I listened to it everyday ( thought not twice a day because I work with another different program ) for the next 30 days and more.

I started listening to this program on July 14, 2011 and I am now writing a review about it today; August 14, 2011 ( I just finished listening to it ); though I do not know when it will be posted here on the page because this review has to be approved first by the admin.

So, the real question is, did I visibly achieve results? The answer is YES =). Yes, I did achieve results. Sometimes I cant believe it myself when I look in the mirror. And sometimes I feel like it might be taken away from me ( I guess I am trying to scare myself for whatever reason ). I am more toned, and I have lost weight. Though, I do not weight myself, I just go by what I see in the mirror. I never cared much about weight; I care much of what I look like and how healthy I am. Though, the recording does mention about achieving your weight goal and body fat goal; when I get to those parts I just say "The same weight as the person that has the body image I want".

This program helps me relax greatly. It helps me easily get rid of tension. It is approx 35 mins long; sometimes I dont feel the time and and sometimes I do.

Since working with this program, I pretty much know what my body needs/wants. I know the foods I need to eat. I know when I need to eat something sweet and when I dont. I know when I need protein, fat, carb, etc. I know what kind of exercise I need to do. Everything is pretty much effortless in my part. Everything just happens naturally.

This recording will definitely help you get the body YOU desire. Emphasize on YOU! I love this recording. I am going to continue listening to this because I am not quite done yet. Yes, I have gotten amazing results, but I just got started. I have much more to achieve. I am very much close to my goal. 30 days was a good duration time for me, but I need more time to truly be EXACTLY where I want to be. I will continue listening to this until I get there.
