As humans, we all suffer from fears and anxieties. Even if you seem so strong and courageous on the outside, there will always be that one thing that makes you feel hopeless and afraid. Although not many people admit to having their fears and anxieties, you might be surprised to know that you are not alone in this aspect.

Here is a table taken from the National Institute of Mental Health (www.nimh.nih.gov) which shows how many adults in the United States are suffering from anxiety disorders (Note: This is for ALL kinds of anxieties). As you can see, it is evident that on a lifetime demographic, almost 15% – 35% of people from the U.S. are suffering from anxiety disorders over the course of their lifetime.
