How To Create Your Own Luck Anchor

Do you ever feel so down sometimes, no matter what you do? Does positivity escape your presence at times, no matter what you try?

Everyone goes through a phase when everything that he or she does seems to produce only negative results and feelings. Sometimes, people are quick to point their fingers over “bad luck” and “bad fortune”, but in reality it is their negative feelings that are causing this vibration of low energy.

If you feel like wanting to stay positive, but can’t seem to do it, you might be suffering from a phase of “negative rut”. Everytime you feel down, you release a series of negative aura that could affect not only how you feel but more importantly how the universe reacts to you as well. The simplest way to put it is like this — when you are feeling sad and low, you generate a vibration of energy that is low in frequency. As the law of attraction states, similar things tend to attract each other. Exuding an aura of negativity tends to attract negative vibrations, which as a result, gives us the feeling of having “bad luck”.

When you are feeling good, your energy vibration is simply going to attract more positive things that are in alignment with your energy. This is similar to you attracting bad energy if you are always feeling negative about yourself. To anchor these positive feelings in and access them anytime you feel like you are being sucked in by negativity you can do a thing also known as a luck anchor.

Simply put, a luck anchor is anything that would allow you to access the state of resourceful positivity – something such as squeezing your thumb and forefinger together will do! Now, whenever you need to access this resourceful state that you are going to create, you can simply you press your thumb and forefinger together and you will feel all the positive and wonderful feelings flow into you!
