This was initially one of the most ‘challenging’ hypnotic sessions for me to stay awake for the full entirety. I would get so deeply relaxed I would eventually drift to sleep usually after the first body scan. Eventually I was able to stay ‘awake’ for the full session.

The breathing techniques and body scans leads to gradually & progressively feeling more and more deeply relaxed, and leads to a deep meditative state in which the ordinary conscious mind is quieted. Now that I am able to stay awake for the full duration I can’t quiet find the right words or articulate the positive inner state i feel during or after this session as a result. Yes, I am deeply relaxed during the session, but I feel lighter and an equanimity afterwards, and it’s effect is something more than just an ephemeral buzz.

The first time I did the Ultra Hypnotic Trance I experienced a great energetic feeling. The last time I did a hypnotic trance was about a month before I bought the Ulta Deep Hypnotic Trance. During the trance I felt an energy that took over my entire body. The energy felt like extremely good much like a rush of pleasure throughout my entire body. The second time I used it the trance and the energy was different and it felt like an entirely different high. The feeling was less and not so strong like the first time. However it was more of a mind trance and not so much a body trance.

Be warned this is a long mp3 coming in at 41 mins!
It's based on yoga nidra which I've never heard of before. You have to lay down on a bed (or flat surface) so if you're like me the only realistic time to do this is just before bed.
The first part of the session is devoted to going round the whole body bit by bit and relaxing it (the fingers on your right hand relax, the palm on your right hand relax etc etc)
I can't say what else was on the mp3 as I invariably drifted into a twilight zone of deep trance where the rest of reality was excluded and time ceased to exist!
Going to sleep straight after was not an issue either..

This is a relaxation file dissimilar to any I'd listened to before. The focusing on every part of the body created a tingling throughout which lasted for the better part of the session. This isn't a typical hypnosis session, and is more of a deep meditation, of which I highly enjoyed.

I bought this for the purpose of going deeper into hypnosis. I didn't imagine just how deep I would go. It also helps me be relaxed during the day. And like the description says, it helps me be emotionally rejuvenated after the listening. If you are looking for the results toted in the description, then this hypnosis mp3 is for you. If you are dealing with high anxiety and stress, then this is for you. (Peaceful contentment is good for high anxiety/stress, too.) I have listened to this for two weeks now, and I will continue for another couple weeks, and I want to attest to how powerful this track is.

Tis session is well scripted and the recording is if a very good standard. This was my first experience of this kind of relaxation and it did take 3 listens to get into it. Once there though it does not disappoint.

If you want to see how deep into trance you can go then this is recording for you! First, you are led thru an induction and deepened several times. Then, it just keeps taking you deeper and deeper. After I listened to this I just had to sit there and be mellow for another 30 minutes or so. A very relaxing and very deep trance session. As always, Victoria's voice is perfect for hypnosis and very soothing.

I bought this recording in order to be able to go even more into the relaxed state where all the personal power and health comes from. I didn't expect it to be connected to the shavasana pose from yoga, that you do after every exercise to relax and scan the body. So if you are into yoga as well, like I am, you will like this session even more. Quality is great.

Victoria guides you very gently into a very relaxed trance state, where you will be focusing on certain body parts and relax them one after another. For those who already have experience with gradual part by part relaxation - you will be positively surprised how much more is possible with the help of this session. For those who haven't experienced it yet I would say it is like floating on a cloud.

Another interesting thing is, that this recording includes a prana-yama breathing technique that is known to be good when dealing with bad habits, or at least that is what I have read about it. It is certain however that this breathing technique is very helpful to balance your right and left side of the body even more. And it goes like this: You breath with your nostrils separately, switching from one to another, which is a great experience as such as well.

So if you want to increase the level of your conscious relaxation and experience a great deep trance or just to deepen your trances and improve your overall health this is definitely for you.

This hypnosis session puts you in a very deep trance by having you focus on your breathing and repeatedly guiding you to focus on different body parts. You are given the suggestion to control the breathing out of each nostril (which you wouldn't think would work but does under hypnosis). You are then allowed to come back to awareness after 100 alternate nostril breaths. I came out from hypnosis feeling almost drunk, euphoric, and in an altered state where I felt I was sleepwalking or moving in a dreamlike state. (You don't want to do this session before you have to drive a motor vehicle).

The last time I was this deep in hypnosis was when I was a kid where the karate instructor taught us how to control extremes of pain and fear with this type of hypnosis. This type of deep hypnosis allowed the Buddhist monks to light themselves on fire in protest of the Vietnam war without feeling pain. This technique will work since my karate instructor, who was a Vietnam vet and an extremely fierce warrior, used this technique to control pain and fear to super-human levels after many years of training. The idea in karate was to put yourself into a trance, and be able to fight without fear or pain using the muscle memory of your martial arts techniques to kill the enemy without remorse or pain with super-human abilities of power and speed. This stuff is truly powerful when seen first hand in at a demonstration where blocks are broken by the human body. I am not sure of the practical civilian applications of this hypnosis technique, but it is sure give you a "trippy" or psychedelic feeling of an altered state without drugs. Hopefully, Victoria will be able to adapt this technique for controlling pain for patients of terminal diseases in a future product.

I find this download to be like a tranquilizer, one minute I'm listening the next the recording is ending. Or it sends me to sleep, concentrating on the parts of the body and colours etc reminds me too much of a sleep induction excercise I sometimes do. Still feel good afterwards, and still useful.

I practice self-hypnosis on a regular basis and pride myself to be able to consistently maintain a high level of focus and remain awake most of the time. However, after multiple attempts at listening to this program, I always fall asleep at some point during the recording. It appears that the ultra deep hypnotic trance this program promises has quite an effect on me... maybe too much.

This is a great download. I have dealt with anxiety and mild depression most of my adult life and this is one of the most effective audio recordings I have ever used to help improve my mental/emotional state of being. One thing I would recommend is not doing it when you are especially tired, because it is very easy to fall asleep to!!

With this CD your body really sleeps and the mind stays alert. I find that it seems only fifteen minutes go by, but the CD is a 45 min. CD. I consider this trance to be yoga, but it is hypnosis, too; very powerful hypnosis. It purifies the nervous system and relieves fatigue and tiredness. At the end you learn alternate nostril breathing without your fingers! A must for those craving a deep, deep trance.

This was something I am so delighted to have bought and so did not miss. It was an extremely deep level of relaxation, possibly the deepest and yet in a completely different way to the Hypnosis mp3s of Victoria's which I have bought....and quite honestly would hate to be without!
I would emphasize just one thing - in the beginning of 'the session' Victoria asks us to make ourselves completely comfortable, (which after all is easy enough)! This is really important, and then this is truly a remarkable experience.
