These two recordings exceeded my expectations. Due to the fact that I can easily switch into trance, I could notice results right away. Some people will probably need a few times, but if you are into yoga I think you will also need less time than a beginner. The quality of these sessions is outstanding. They are both loopable and pleasurable to listen to.

Both sessions not only gave me what I wanted, which are good balance, good overall awareness and feeling of the physical body but also a good imagination for the stretching and an asana(pose) of your choosing to visualize and enhance the mind-body connection. Totally worth the money!
