Three Easy and Effective Law of Attraction Techniques

Stand in front of a big mirror where you can see at least our whole face. Pull back your shoulders, and stand up straight with your head facing forward. Breathe deeply a few times to calm yourself and clear your mind. Look at your reflection straight in the eye, and talk to yourself about the goals and dreams you want to achieve and the reality you want to create. Tell yourself different types of positive affirmations, such as “You can do it!” and “You have the power to manifest and achieve whatever you want!” You can even use this technique to repeat your affirmations to yourself. Do this technique 1-5 times a day. The mirror technique works because when you talk positively to yourself, you will feel positive and think more positively. You are your own best friend!

2. End all your affirmations and visualizations with gratitude and confidence.

Gratitude is a powerful tool to use when you’re repeating affirmations or visualizing. Expressing gratitude helps raise your positive feelings and lets the Universe know you appreciate something, so you want more of it. Remember to add at least three “thank yous” after each affirmation and visualization you’ve completed to raise your vibration. You should also end your affirmations and visualizations with confidence, meaning that you know that what you want is coming to you. For instance, if you’re affirmation is “I am earning $3,000 per month,” you can add “so it is” or “it is done” after it; your new affirmation would be “I am earning $3,000 per month. It is done. Thank you, thank you, thank you.” Adding confidence and gratitude to your affirmations and visualizations help increase your energy and send out more powerful signals to the Universe.

3. Take 10-20 minutes per day to repeat your affirmations.

Affirmations are very powerful because they can help you change your negative thinking patterns into positive ones and help you manifest what you want without any limiting thoughts or beliefs. Repetition is important when it comes to affirmations. By spending 10-20 minutes per day to focus on your affirmations and repeat them, you’ll be able to overwrite negative thoughts and beliefs. Thoughts become things, so the more you think about what you want, it more likely it will manifest into your life.
