Hello ... I'm Victoria Gallagher and I am on day 1 of the Master Cleanse - 3RD time around.

 

I love the master cleanse because it makes me feel great! I feel Motivated, Clear-Headed, Focused, Energetic, and have a positive Attitude. My first cleanse in May 2004 was for 21 days. I have done a 10 day cleanse and right now I am doing a 10 days cleanse again.

 

During the first cleanse, I created a hypnosis program to help myself through this. Honestly, I have not had much of a need to use it, but I wish to share it with those who might.

Hi Victoria; Thank you so much for that wonderful tape! I just listened to it and I love it. I'm going to listen to it every morning from now on. I didn't feel like I particularly needed extra support. I'm on day 10 and doing great. For those of you who are saying you'll save it for a rainy day, do yourselves a big favor and just listen to it. Quick Recipes:

 

Lemon aide: (6 - 12 glasses a day)

 

2 Tbsp Fresh Organic Lemon Juice

2 Tbsp Grade B Maple Syrup

1/10 tsp. Cayenne

8 oz warm/hot water; spring or distilled.

Shake and ENJOY!

 

Salt Water Flush: (am)

 

2 tsp Sea Salt

32 oz. Luke Warm Water

Shake it and Chug it down fast.
