I found this to be the best motivation hypnosis session yet by Victoria for getting you in the mood to get going on your goal. However, I also recommend the other motivation hypnosis session since they address underlying reasons that might be keeping you from fully engaging in your work.

The sessions begins with a quick recap of the necessary keys for having a strong suggestion during her hypnosis session. The session induction has one of the most powerful induction yet by Victoria. The session starts with you opening and closing your eyes on her command to get you relaxed. The induction is followed with a count down with you reading out numbers of the count down that creates one of Victoria's most deep inductions. The induction was so deep I could hear myself snoring for the first time, yet I was definitely not asleep and was paying attention very well.

The session then makes the suggestion to "conceive and believe you can achieve. The meaning of conception is explored and Victoria then allows you to then visualize achieving a goal. The meaning of belief is explored so that you can believe in what you are doing. Finally, Victoria has you relive an experience of being motivated and visualizing that motivation energy as a fireball. The last fireball visualization gave me a tremendous amount of energy and enthusiasm to get to work on my goal. Unlike other hypnosis sessions, Victoria suggests you listen to this hypnosis download for 90 rather than the typical 30 days. Finally, the session ends with the standard count of 5 bringing you back to consciousness.

This is the best hypnosis session yet by Victoria. I strongly recommend this session for dealing with the 90% of your mind, i.e. your subconscious. The book by Judith Sills called "The Comfort Trap" will also help with the remaining 10% of your motivational issues.

I have great goals and have had even worse procrastination in just every area of my life. I needed motivation and I just couldn't get like I was in a constant brain fog with a persistent feeling of wanting to want to do things but just couldn't take the first steps. This one I can't explain how it works except to say within a few weeks I was RIDING my bike instead of looking at it and wishing I could get that motivation to get off the couch. I was taking on all the tasks that before seemed daunting!
