I am so happy I bought this hypnosis session. Although I am generally a calm and very friendly person, I realised that I have some resentment towards a few people that has built over the years because of past incidents where I was feeling helpless. This session is amazing in letting me see that angry emotions are counter-productive and that I can control whether I let things affect me emotionally. I will continue to listen to this session and can see myself use it in future situations when my emotions run high.

I have had problems with the quality of this hypnosis and Victoria has kindly tried to solve them but we have not managed to unfortunately. I do find I feel quite uncomfortable doing this hypnosis and am not inclined to want to do it each day, though am persevering for now. I guess it is just the topic that is uncomfortable with me, rather than the hypnosis being the issue. Just can't say I really enjoy this one like I do the others I have purchased.

I didn't think that this session would be of interest to me, but something told me to buy it anyway - and I am so glad I did! Even though I don't feel like I am an outwardly angry person, I definitely feel those feelings from time to time, and this session helps you to deal with that. You get to focus on a certain situation that triggers you, and resolve your need to control it (which often leads to the anger). So good!

I must say from the beginning I have been a skeptic about hypnosis and I am now an avid fan of Victoria. I ordered several MP3's because of the fabulous black Friday sale and the first one I tried was No More Temper. From the first night I felt a change. I was consistent the first two weeks of listening everyday but fell off because of coming down with the flu. I have had two occurences where I would have blown my top and I was completely calm. I used to get hot and feel anger in my heart brewing during arguments and now I am completely cool and all chaos can break out around me. Recently, I asked the person I was arguing with why they were yelling and everyone looked at me and were shocked by my calm demeanor. I cannot sing the praises of this MP3 enough. If you have doubt, try it!! I don't know for the others I purchased but I look forward to trying them out.

I like this cd as Victoria explains that anger is directed towards people, events and things, because they cannot, or will not be controlled by me, and that getting angry is hurting the one tryiong to do the controlling.
I have released a great deal of anger and frustration, in recognising that it is unproductive.
I have a lot more peace of mind and I can smile at the things that used to frustrate me. A good buy.

Out of all of the many programs offered through hyptalk.com, this is the one that I listen to most regularly. Admittedly, anger has been an (unfortunate) part of my life for many years, and I have tried numerous self-hypnosis products from various companies and even an anger management class in order to deal with it. Nothing has worked quite as well as listening to this program.

As mentioned or inferred by other reviewers of this program, Victoria has an excellent understanding of what actually leads to anger, which is to say expectations of what one thinks "should" be happening in a variety of scenarios, and becoming frustrated or angry when things don't go that way. Examples that Victoria provides include how the weather is, how traffic if flowing, how your parents and coworkers treat you, what athletes do, and more. The bottom line, though, is that it is the frustrated expectations that lead to anger, and Victoria's program somehow interrupts this process in a way I admittedly don't completely understand. I only know that it works based upon my experience of seeing myself being *far* less angry after regularly listening to the program. In fact, I can see myself often actually wanting to get angry about things out of habit, but often not quite being able to quite do it, much to my relief.

One more thing: I only listen to this program twice per week based upon my schedule, and I have seen fairly dramatic results. Further, I strongly suspect that if I listened to it three times a week or more, I'm certain that would remove whatever little anger remains, which is perhaps why Victoria recommends that you listen to the program daily for thirty days straight, to get it all out of your system.

The bottom line is that if you want to experience significantly less anger in your life, you need to get this program.

This session helps you free yourself from the pain and suffering caused by anger arising from expectations that others should act the way you want them to. Vicoria explains how anger and temper come from our unwillingness to accept what is, because we want things our way. Not only can we not change people to act the way we want them to, we also cannot control things like the weather, traffic, etc that can cause upset.

The program prepares you for your specific triggers that cause your temper to flare, to help you let go of the need to control the outcome of situations. As you learn to recognize that your irrational thinking no longer works, you can change your thoughts to support your goal of remaining calm and peaceful when things don't go your way. If your goal is to feel peaceful instead of flying off the handle, this is definitely a good program for you.

WOW! Another recording that makes my top list! This session brought me more wisdom! It exceeded my expectation.

When I read/hear the word "Temper", I think of anger, annoyance, and such. So when I saw this product on sale, I thought I would try it. I don't get angry all the time but I do get angry. Who doesn't right?

The main thing I wanted to work on with this session was the reaction I get when I lose. Wether it is in a competition or not, I get angry when I lose.

To my surprise, throughout the session, I realize that I get angry more than I realize! Victoria talked about how people get angry when things don't go their way. I just realized I am one of them! I never thought of it that way, but I do get angry when things don't go my way.

She also talked about how people try to control other people and situations, and when people don't do what we want, or the situations doesn't happen the way we want it to be; we get angry. I just realized I am the same!

With all these realization, I was remembering scenes in my past where all of these things happened to me. I was trying to control people and control situations! and I got angry! In some of them, I got really angry!

She also talked about the word "should" and how destructive it is! Before listening to this program, I was one of the people who just thought "should" is a simple word. Well, I just learned that it is not! She taught me how it basically set us up into getting angry. When we use "should" we EXPECT things to go OUR way. And when it doesn't, we get angry! So then towards the end of the session, she helped me get rid of my "should" lists.

The "should" lists are the expectations we have on people, situations, and stuff. It is also the beliefs we get from people, society, and media. For example, " My parents SHOULD act ________ "

During the session, I saw my "should" lists. I saw how I was expecting people to act in a certain way. I saw how I was expecting things to be in specific/certain way. I saw how destructive it was!

Victoria also talked about the beliefs of 'right' and 'wrong'. How we judge others! Can you believe it? I never thought that these things contribute to me being angry. But I did see how these things were contributing to my tempter. Anyway, she got me relaxed and let go of those beliefs.

I feel more carefree and chilled after this session.

It was a really good experience for me! I learned a lot about myself! I learned things that I wasn't aware of and things that I was aware of but did not really see how it was affecting my life.

During this session, I even saw a scene when I was expecting a package on a certain date because Canada Post told me that it would be delivered that day; sadly it wasn't delivered that day; And I got really angry!

I saw a lot of scenes, some I prefer not to talk about. Victoria helped change the scenes and help me react more calmly and think of it in a more rational way.

I had a lot of great experiences during this session. It is full of amazing suggestions.

This session is 33 minutes long.

Also, this recording is a 30 day program. Unfortunately, I cannot commit to this program because my hypnosis program schedule is already full. Therefore, I cant really tell you the results I got after listening to this for 30 days. What I can tell you though, is that after one listen, I feel much much much better. I am aware of my temper ways and I already feel that I have changed/improved it by a lot.

I will listen to this recording whenever I feel some anger and have some free time. I am glad and thankful I have this recording!

when i first started listening to this mp3 it was super easy to find an example of a time in the recent past when i'd got angry about something - there was always something that morning, the afternoon before, the evening before that, etc, and sometimes more than one time on one day. however, once i started listening to the cd, i stopped getting angry about things! as a result, i had to reach further and further back into the past to come up with times i'd become angry. in fact, since i started listening to the mp3 about two months ago, i haven't got angry a single time. i had exactly the same results with 'compassionate listening,' which deals with defensive behaviour. I highly recommend these sessions to anyone who has problems with anger management or defensive behaviour! THANK YOU Victoria for helping me eliminate anger from my life!

I am so happy I bought this hypnosis session.
