I like this recording and use it often. I have a hard time staying awake through the whole thing so I will sometimes use it to help me go to sleep. I find I get the most out of it when I listen during a midday rest time.

I am excited to write the review of this MP3 because I had always to do a past life hypnosis but was not sure about it as these sessions cost a lot.
On the first listen I was able to get a lot of information and after the session had a calming and peaceful feeling.
What I did like was that I was able to see in the very first listen two dates from 1200 and 1800s. Then I was able to see a child or rather feel being a child but not see clearly but feel people around that child.
It was not clear why she died but maybe with more listens will be able to see the people around her rather than feel them. It was nice in the script that you get to know what you needed to learn. The feeling of being okay at the end was nice.
Thank you for making this product. Maybe if we could have a similar session with more questions answered that would be a great part 2 to such series.

I was intrigued as to how Victoria would do this and to her credit it's quite clever how it's done.
After being taken down to a deep trance state you see a long corridor with doors. On each door will be a date (ie 1700's, 1800's etc) and if you see one lit up or you choose one and open it you're taken back to that period.
This is still very much a work in progress for me as my critical faculty keeps interfering when I enter the room. However patience and practice should get me there so I'm really looking forward to some interesting experiences soon!

After listening to this download, I remembered our old house. One tip that I would like to give when listening to this download, look at old photos of you and your family. It will help you to give a better memory of your past life.

As I wrote in another review, I have some trouble astral travelling, and maybe this is the weak point of the recording. That said, by now I listened to it just once and some memories already bubbled up into my concious mind. I met my dearest childhood friend into my past life and, although we were physically different, feeling our love and hugs through lives has been so touching I could not help but cry for the emotion. An experience to try.

I thouroughly enjoy listening to this hypnosis. I am amazed at the feeling of freedom my spirit has from my physical body, it is a total JOY to experience, and complete relaxation. From there you are quided to review or "see" any past lives. I am intrigued by what will show up for me with continued use. I find myself looking forward to this hypnosis and it works wonderfully also as an aid to let go of the days worries and fall asleep very peacefully!

I had a very difficult time with the astral projection part of the process used here to initiate the past life regression, so much so that when I heard about it after about 2-3 minutes of listening, I stopped the recording and have not listened to it since. To be blunt, the idea of performing astral projection seemed like something that was way too risky for me to try. To her credit, Victoria does make it quite clear near the beginning of the program that this is going to be what you are instructed to do, giving one a chance to opt out of the process if one wishes, so I am grateful for that.

This is a good way to hunt up past lives with names, dates, and places. You are invited to use a type of astral projection to shoot into the imagery provided. The encouraging supports are well thought out and I feel they are very effective. I've use it once and got a positive result, but please persist if it doesn't come out perfect on the first try.

The more you listen to this hipnosis the adventure will grow as to you past regression. Have encountered different scenes and scenarios, and always keep wandering the process. When taken with soothing voice of Victoria an experience that leaves you in peace.

I found this hypno session very relaxing, possibly a little too relaxing?? I cant seem to stay awake for this one :P but am hoping my dream body is taking it in and I am going to start a dream diary upon waking to reveal past lives - as im sure this session is doing something! :)

Dealing with a difficult relationship can be very frustrating. I have only listened to this a couple of times so far, but have gotten a new perspective on the source of this difficulty. My only complaint is that the session ends way too soon, so I may have to look for a more detailed version of past life regression that Victoria does. I truly believe that we are all connected, and relationships from the past, especially the difficult ones, will find us in the present to give us the opportunity to work it out.
