I think that more or less we all have issues with accepting fully ourselves or part of them. It could be our upbringing or the way the society functions. This session helped me make peace with parts of my self that I couldn’t accept, but I couldn’t change as well. My main thing was sexuality. Can you change it? I found out nope! Can you reject it? Life becomes torturing. And no matter what If I was accepted from my environment for who I was, deep inside me something was still bothering me. I admit I felt ashamed for the way I was born. That session helped a lot with finding peace inside me.

First I bought meditation experience self-love but this one resonates much better with me I think it is easier for me to associate feeling with something more solid like my body. Like all Victoria's meditation nicely done and affirmation not only relating to body but to general self-acceptance as well and beginning with chakras is very good as well. I am doing this for almost month and keeps me more motivated to look after my body and exercise etc.

Ever since using this, I feel more acceptable of myself.
