I do cardio and that includes running, but I wouldn’t consider myself as a serious runner. I think this recording is mostly about being a serious runner or having the desire to become a serious runner. She talks about the nutrition that a runner needs, the physical aspect of runners, etc.Value Quality

Though, this recording is mostly about being/becoming a serious runner (in my opinion), Victoria still talks about the good stuff/benefits of ‘running’ in general. She talks about lower blood pressure, healthier heart, etc. She also talks about improving your ability to run in general and increasing your desire/love for it.
What I love about this recording is when Victoria started talking about the fact that we need to listen to our body not our ego. I find that this is important for everybody not just runners. After listening to this recording, I feel that my ability to listen to my body increased/strengthen.
Victoria also talks about running marathons and such.
I would listen to this recording if ever I sign myself up for any kinds of marathon. I would commit to this program if ever I decide to be a serious runner. I would also listen to this recording if I feel that my ability and desire to run in general has decreased.
