I love the setup for this MP3. It is very pleasing to listen to before bedtime. Her script is fantastic.
However, I can't say with 100% confidence that I have had a boost in sexy dreams. Maybe, I have them, but I just end up forgetting them before I awake. I don't know to be honest. I have been playing it daily for almost a month now. Hopefully, this product requires more time to get the full benifits.

I can understand, in a session about exploring fantasies, that striking the balance between allowing ones own imagination run free and wild, especially sexually, and being guided so you don't lose focus is tricky to strike. It was well done, but I often found myself coming off track, because the guided fantasies were sometimes too specific, and I found myself feeling "I probably wouldn't want it that way" etc. I would personally prefer something with more freedom in the "imaginations" For those who don't know exactly where to begin with the sexual fantasies, I would definitely recommend this session.
