After having worked it through, I felt more focused on my tasks and started to keep a personal schedule and diary where I put tasks and deadlines for their completion. I try to fill every minute of my time with due tasks and with doing something that I can do to achieve my goals. So, when I read this script below became more than obvious to me:

1. Planning is mandatory. If you have a goal you have to split it into sub-goals and schedule completion date for each sub-goal.
2. Read this script to avoid temptations and self-sabotage, thoroughly practice all exercises.
