Victoria, I just wanted to take a moment to tell you how impressed I am with the quality of your products. I've told you before how much I like your Ultimate Weight Loss program. • Week 1 (schedule 2 hours for this first session): PAPERWORK:
  • During the first hypnosis session, you will need to have ready:
    • New File folder for your client
    • Client Agreement form and Policies, which they will sign.
    • Smart Goal Sheet.
    • You will keep a notebook and pen handy.
  • GREETING and PAPERWORK: (15 minutes)
    • Take about 5 minutes to make small talk with your client; you can begin by asking them to tell you a little about themselves. This little chat is important because it gives you an opportunity to mirror them. This is a great NLP technique for getting into rapport with your client. They may start telling you all about themselves or they may not know what to say at all.
    • Then, fill out your client agreement, asking them the questions, and you filling in the information. When you ask them to sign it, ask them to look over the list of policies and sign both sheets.
    • (I have included samples of these forms. You may absolutely use these ones or re-write them however you wish.)
  • STEP ONE: SETTING A SMART GOAL: (15 minutes) Read this over and form your own summary to explain the concept to your client.
    • Goal setting is one of the most important concepts one can learn. Of course, you have probably at some point set a goal and achieved it before so it's not entirely new to you. However, what we're going to learn about today is a system of goal setting, which will help your client to achieve the goals they set for themselves more often.
