I have been listening to this every night for a couple of months. I guess I am highly suggestible, because I started improving right away. I have had (HAD!) a problem with chronic tardiness my entire life (age 53). This session has been a Godsend for me. Now I am consistently arriving early. I haven't made 15 minutes early consistently yet, but I now always arrive 5-7 minutes early.
In other areas of my life, I am also planning my time better to get other things done. This has helped so much with my procrastination, even though that's not what this is about. I'm just a better manager of my time all the way around. Highly HIGHLY recommend! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Hi. I just wanted to give this a good review because it does seem to help. I have been chronically late all my life it seems. Seems like I have too many things going on at once, and poor time management.

After I started listening to this CD, I believe that it has made me subconsciously more aware of time constraints, how long it might take to get an an appointment, how long it takes to get ready, etc, so I make being on time much more of a priority than I did in the past. It does work but you also have to put forth the work too.

When I am wasting time, when I know deep down I should be getting ready for work, or a meeting, or whatever... My intuition will start kicking my ass.

Like a kettle on the boil, it gets stronger and stronger until I stop wasting time, and get my act together.

My boss busted me on my annual review for being "consistently 10 minutes late to work". That didn't feel good at all... so I sought help at Hyptalk.com. This session works! I "programmed" my wake up time and leave the house time for 20 minutes sooner than I used to... and now I am consistently 10 minutes EARLY for work! Love it... Take that BOSS!!!
