Victoria's voice is particularly soothing in this program and the material is delivered at a nice slow hypnotic pace. The quality of the sound/backgorund music is also excellent. However, the content is poor and irrelevant. This is another one of Victoria's e-book type information session with very few actual hypnotic suggestions. In this program, you will be told that muscle growth requires: 1) Going to the gym on a regular basis; 2) Incorporating rest days; 3) Dedicating at least one day to cardio workout; 4) Drinking a lot of water; 5) Drinking protein shakes; 6) Eating fruits and vegetables. We all know that but the diffculty for most people is to adhere to this regimen, which is not really addressed in this program. Instead, I would have liked to hear suggestions for muscle growth and imaginative scenarios for visualizing myself with the desired results in real life situations (e.g. walking in a pub or restaurant, people commenting on muscle growth, etc). I would recommend investing $29 in a gym subscription for one month rather than purchasing this program if your goal is to build muscle.

I purchased the Muscle Building hypnosis because I needed help with my motivation to lift weights. I must say that after a week of listening to this hypnosis I found myself excited to get to the gym and lift some iron. This product has turned a skeptic into a believer for sure.
