I LOVE most of the products I've used from Hyptalk, but this one wasn't my favorite. I got it specifically for a showcase I was performing in... a tango performance. I was only able to listen to it about 10 times before the performance, so I know I didn't give it the full recommended time. I did well in the performance so I cannot say it was ineffective but I did have a hard time fully getting into this one. I can't put my finger on it exactly, but something about the word choices and script just didn't do it for me. If I have another performance, i'll use it again, just not one of my favorites from Hyptalk.

I hadn't danced in ten years and I had lost touch with the art of dancing and coordination. I started taking dance lessons along with my boyfriend. I got kind of tensed up and tight and couldn't get the steps right. So, I'd decided to give this hypnosis session a try.
This session effectively uses visualization, NLP, future pacing, anchoring and affirmations. The length of the track is 27 minutes.
Training for a skill is as much mental as it is physical. I primarily use this recording to mentally train and integrate the steps I had learnt earlier. But its use is not restricted to that.

king ballet classes for about 6 months. At the age 37, i initially thought it would be a great way to get some exercise, but after one month, I decided that despite my age, i wanted to continue to study the art of ballet.

I am a regular customer of Victoria's, but i was so excited when i saw that there was actually a hypnosis on dancing. so i tried it - and made it apart of my hypnosis regimen.

After two weeks, i was about to execute my ballet moves with greater ease and better technique. My focus and concentration of each move has improved and i literally have more confidence! my grande jetes, echappes and tendus have greatly improved; my alignment and posture is near perfect.

I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to improve their dancing, from the casual occasions to professional performances! Just give it two weeks - tops...and you will dance like no one is watching!!!
