The tape is nice… I got it because after recent events my mind is stuck on worries and fears i.e. negative thinking. The tape emphasises the importance of positive thinking and encourages you the benefits of it. I think I´ll stick to Mastering the Art of Allowing and my Express Gratitude script...I think this one is more suited for people who are already at a netural or quite optimistic mindset.

If you are feeling very negative and having difficulty feeling good due to recent or current events, I think Mastering the Art of Allowing and Express Gratitude are better

I tend to be a bit of a negative thinker and have been that way for as long as I can remember.

I've used other hypnosis tracks in the past but these ones seem to be particularly good for me. It's voiced in a very relaxing way, especially the induction, which invites you to walk down a set of ten steps and sink into relaxing clouds.

You're also invited to repeat the word 'yes' throughout the download, which I really enjoy as it reminds me i'm an active part in the process of improving my attitude and keeps me from drifting off and thinking about negative things while in the session.

So far i've found it really helpful going through a stressful move and a general change in my living situation. I still find myself going into negative dibs, but I find that I now seem to work my way out of them rather than wallowing in them.

I have a few more days' left listening until I've listened for a month to this but I'd still like to leave a review. Yes, I HAVE felt more positive than I was but I think for me the biggest benefit or one of them is that I'm more likely to WANT to turn my thoughts around for the better, rather than wallow or get stuck in negative thinking. If I DO wallow or get stuck, I'm "snapping" out of it quicker. When I started listening, it was almost impossible to think positively, I was in a real funk and now it's getting easier!

I really like the quality of this recording. Victoria's voice is as smooth ans soothing as ever but I'm having a hrd time getting anchored in the hypnosis for this one. Positive Thinking Hypnosis is still a great product but I think I'm having such a hard time with it because I have always been sort of a negative person. I've been working in a job for the past 17 years with all sorts of type "A" negative people and will probably have to focus on this one for a long while to come.
Still, it's a great product and when I do complete a session during the day, it does make me feel better. Then I run into one of my collegues and the feeling starts to subside a little bit. Either way, I'm still a big fan of these products!

This CD is very down to earth without using hardly any glitz, but it is still very engaging. There are many very wise suggestions throughout, giving us a firm foundation in productive, positive thinking. There are some opportunities to practice feeling positive during the session, and a post-hypnotic trigger to produce pleasure in the waking state. The program claims positive thinking brings better health and longevity, and don'[t we all agree? This is a high quality CD.

I really like it when I can clearly perceive the benefits of one of Victoria's program while actually listening to it; this is one of them, as I felt noticeably more positive before the the session was over. In fact, certain pockets of my body seemed to be emanating positive energy, for lack of a better description.

After listening to it a few times, people seem to like me more, and my health has actually improved.

Further, as another reviewer mentioned, at times it did seem that feelings of what that person called "enlightenment" seemed to be present.

What really caught my interest, though, is that after the third listening session, I began to notice strange-yet-beneficial "coincidences" occurring in my life, such as a people who I've been thinking about appearing out of the blue, or a one-day workshop scheduled for my birthday in the exact area I really need some help in.

In short, this is a very powerful program, and I urge people to buy it.

Victoria's voice is soft and soothing to the ear and easily guides you through to opening up your heart to your inner desires. She helps you to release the power of positive thinking and to be able to change your old thought patterns to positive thoughts.

I experienced physical feelings of enlightenment during a few of the sessions using this program. A lightness of body and a clear relaxed thought pattern. It helped to shed some of the anxieties which I was carrying around with me. My days are now filled with a skip in my step and a smile on my face. Love it.
