Positive and loving thoughts have a high vibration. Negative or cynical thoughts have a lower vibration. Like vibrations attract like vibrations so the more positive your thoughts, the higher your vibration.


When you are focused on problems or negative aspects of your life unfortunately, you attract more negative energy.

If you are not familiar with the Happiness Set Point term, I recommend reading up on it (Wikipedia is fine) before listening to this. Knowing the basics of the emotional set point scale will make this meditation more effective in creating a long-lasting positive emotion that doesn't easily dissipate when negative events or people happen. Highly recommended!

I believe when I did this meditation people approached more than usually. People just wanted to ask me questions or just light talk. I know want to do this more often because it also helped with my negative thoughts. I noticed when I feel negative I don't get strangers talking to me or approaching me. I also noticed that very cool people approached me when I do this meditation

This is truly a new favorite of mine! I feel so wonderful, grateful and happy after I do this meditation. Victoria guides you to find a lot of different and personal situations that makes you feel really good, and once you start getting into the positive vibrations that thinking about these situations give you, she guides you to expanding the great feeling even more than you thought possible. So good! Had me buzzing for a long time!
