How to Change Your Limiting Beliefs


Our thoughts create the world around us, much like a self-fulfilling prophecy.


In essence, there is no one standing in our way but us.



Our thought processes and beliefs are deeply set into our psyche and they can be difficult to overcome. Before we begin to overcome them though, we must first uncover or identify them.


Our belief system is deeply ingrained within us and it is basically our perception of reality. We all have unique and different filters through which we see the world and these “filters” determine how we see things. My filter is probably much different than your filter only because I have had different life experiences than you. We spend our entire life accumulating information and details, and these experiences build upon one another. We all have a very different view of reality when it comes down to it. We all see things from a different perspective. One persons failure might just be someone else's success!


As you think about those things that are nearest and dearest to your heart, you may begin to reflect or uncover limiting beliefs that are standing in your way, keeping you from happiness. As you begin to look deeply inside yourself, you can discover for the first time what it is you truly want and what it is that would really make you happy.

I recently downloaded this session in order to try and identify my limiting beliefs and try to change them. It's been like a year ever since I discovered the Law of Attraction and started using it in order to imrove my life and achieve my goals.
While changing our limiting beliefs is one of the first steps of the Law of Attraction, I used it recently, but it didn't really work for me. I assume it is because I gave priority to stabilise my emotions, but at the same time seems that I already got rid of some old beliefs by changing my perspective for life and circumstances and by releasing my negative emotions from my body.
Aside that, I think this session is essential for emotionally balanced people who start working with LOA or people who want to just make a change in their perception of things and want to identify what blocks them from achieving their dreams. This session will definitively help you bring to the surface all these blocks.

This meditatiom is important for your limiting beliefs identification. It will help you to recreate bad experiences from your childhood and release them. It is also important to open your mind and behavior to new possibilities that will arise as soon as you identified and change those bad concepts that you´ve been carrying for so long.

I really like the meditation downloads Victoria do. They have a little different build up than the hypnosis sessions, with shorter focus on the relaxation part, and don't have the count up from 1 to 5 on the end, but are still as good and equally effective. This meditation engages you very much in working on changing negative beliefs, and lets you focus on one belief per session. I have used this on only one belief so far, but will definitely use it on more, because it really works! And it's kinda fun to go digging in your mind a bit and actively change your beliefs too!
