This program uses excellence as a motivating word, and the idea of being excellent in all you set out to do is a wonderfully positive way to inspire. Nowhere does the word lazy appear, and this has a very positive impact, as "lazy" has a negative connotation and can be self-defeating. I find myself wanting to do a better job in the tasks I am working on, and that has been a definite help to me.

I didn't expect to hear the things I heard in this recording. Before listening to this session, I was thinking that it would have the same feel as 'Energy Boost'. Before listening to this session, I thought the word "lazy" is as simple as "not having enough energy" or "not having enough motivation". I was pleasantly surprised with this one.

I have my moments of being "lazy". Like I said before, I thought "lazy" just meant not having enough energy. So I got the recording 'Energy Boost'; it was a great session. It pretty much taken care of my "not having enough energy" moments. I get things done, and I know how to get more energy if I wanted to. Then, this recording came along.

I saw this recording, and I thought "hmm, what's the difference between this and 'Energy Boost'? I was curious to know.

Well, it turns out they are very much different from each other. And my definition of "lazy" was small. By that I mean; my 'concept' of "lazy" was not as accurate as I thought it was. This recording pretty much proved me that.

This session is 29 minutes long.

I actually thought I was listening to a different recording because I don't recall ever hearing the word "lazy".

Victoria talked about doing things with skill. Being great at anything I decide to do. Accomplishing more! She gave me encouragement to get things done! To do things right away instead of putting it off!

She talked about having time for myself to just relax and unwind. She talked about having balance in my life.

There was also a part in the recording where I was connecting with a part of myself that wants to do more.

She had me visualize a time when I had trouble accomplishing something.

After listening to this, I have the desire to do things right away. I feel motivated and encouraged to do it now. To be better, to improve!
