Since I've been listening to Develop Time Management Skills I'm finding that my days are more productive. I wake up with intention and direction. I easily stay focused and am getting more accomplished and closing the loop on projects that I've procrastinated on before. If you want to make sure you change your bad habits of wasting time then using hypnosis is the best way to ensure that it happens. This Review of Develop Time Management Skills hypnosis recording does a great job solidifying and incorporating the time management wisdom that Victoria has in her ebook on Time Management.

The hypnosis session begins with the induction where you breath in white light around you of positive energy and breath out negative emotions and energies. You are then asked to visualize your seven chakras or energies corresponding to different parts of your body, i.e. red for you root chakra at you waist and violent for your crown chakra at your head. I found this hypnosis induction only creates a light trance that will allow you to recover quickly.

First, the Time Management Skills recording explains that time is the most precious resource you have since you can't purchase more of it or replace it. Victoria then suggests that you are in charge of your day and are 100% responsible for how you use your time. The recording then suggests that you care for your mind and body through meditation and exercise so that you can be more effective at utilizing the time you have available. The recording then suggests writing down tasks, priorities, scheduling, etc. Finally, Victoria makes the suggestion that checking off tasks on your checklist makes you feel good and has you acknowledge your accomplishments (by writing them in your planner) so that you have positive feedback for managing your time well to reinforce your time management discipline.

Overall, I found the Time Management recording great because it engrains in you the habits to more successfully manage your time which is what hypnosis is perfect for. However, I have found in my experience an old-fashioned commercially available time management system is essential to act on the task list/scheduling/notation suggestions of the Develop Time Management Skills recording. Fortunately, I have been using day planners for years and I am excited I have a new tool for achieving success and happiness.

In this session I had to deal with some of my assumptions regarding the limited resource that is called "Time".
Time is precious because you cannot get it back, so all the time that you use to do things that will bring you closer to what you really want is key. Of course one has to know what these wants really are first. This session will make you think about how you use your time and whether you are holding yourself by idling or doing things that others think are right or useful for your own unique path in life.
These are decisions that should be made very early on in life. Unfortunately not all of us realize that choice soon enough. This session will take you deeply into this and give you some hints into the direction that you, according to your own needs, should be going - wherever that may be.

Time is absolute, but its perception by the human-mind is relative. So time is a state of mind, So we can accelerate time or slow it down.
