Victoria takes you step by step through a guided tour of your body and relaxing your muscles step by step. I can assure you this is an amazing way to start your practice. If you have never experienced real realxation, you certainly will have when you complete this session. A plus is that you determine when to end the incredibly deep state of perfect relaxation you are in, so the feeling can just go on until you come back to the present moment. A great buy.
