I do seem to stand taller when I look in the mirror, and I seem to more automatically adjust myself when I stand and sit done. I'm lookin forward to more health benefits of this product. The hypnosis session begins with an induction where you are asked to focus on your breathing and then begin relaxing your body parts one by one. The trance in then deepened by a second induction counting down from ten to one. Overall, this hypnosis induction session creates a very deep trance state.

The suggestion portion of the hypnosis session begins by suggesting you are going to become aware of dramatic improvement of your body's core strength, self-confidence, energy, and focus. Next, your are suggested that the distance between your head and neck want to straighten out and your shoulders want to roll back. In addition, you are suggested to become more aware of your posture during your daily routine. Next, you are suggested to notice the strength of your body to hold it in great physical alignment. This session reminds me of the session "strength and balance" from "hypnotic yoga" pack. It is at least very similar to it.

I haven't used it often enough yet to recognize the particular triggers that make you remember to pay attention to your posture. But it does and very effectively already after several uses, depending on how hypnotisable you are.

You can listen to it while sitting or laying down. During the session you will balance out your right and left sides and will be suggested to gradually determine the optimal position and posture for your bonestructure.

Good quality and the effects are noticable. A good posture will naturally make you more confident and feel more energised.

Just like the previous reviewer of this product, I found that after listening to the product earlier this year that I became very conscious of my posture, not just in terms of walking and moving, but when sitting down as well. In fact, I found myself somewhat obsessing over it a little bit which was necessary at the time, as my physical therapist made it quite clear to me that I needed to improve my posture (amongst other things) in order to help decrease the back pain I was dealing with. This back pain, in turn, was preventing me from working out in the gym.

Fortunately, my back pain, though not completely alleviated, has nonetheless decreased to the point that I can now workout at the gym with my physical therapist's tacit approval.

Further, I think that the way this product made me hyper-focused on my posture (after the very first listening) proves that it works. Finally, this product certainly played a beneficial role as part of my larger rehabilitation process.
