This summer was hot and smoky so I found myself going out for fast food every day. I’ve listened to this session probably 10 times and I’ve noticed that I don’t go out for fast food much. I have gone 1-2 times in a week but I was going out almost every day and sometimes more than that. I sometimes go out to a restaurant but that is far better food. I’m really surprised by the change and the ease in which it occurred.

Hi, i bought this session so i can get away from fast food. And this session is really effective! I listened three times to it and i don't like fast food. I don't want it. I don't eat it anymore. Everyday i like this feeling to know that fast food is unhealthy and i don't need it. I even eat less and i'm not hungry. I enjoy healthy food so much more. And if a friend talk about fast food i think why should i eat this? It's unhealthy! Great!

I have been the fast food king for years. In college my apartment was right next to a Hardee's hamburger restaurant. I actually took pride in the fact that I would eat there three meals a day for months at a time. Lately I've been moving toward being more healthy. No more fast food. No sodas. Plenty of water and exercise. I've been using several of Victoria's recordings to help me. They have been very effective. It makes it seem easy when the change comes from your subconscious thoughts. Ever since listening to this hypnosis, I crave junk food less and less. It is not that I don't want something I really do want. I genuinely feel disgusted by Junk Food, knowing what is in it, and not wanting to put that in my body. This is funny because until now, I never really thought about it, but now I just have no desire for junk food. Really Good Program !!!
