This is a relaxing program. What I don't like about it is that the breathing exercise (4 7 8 method) is at the end of the hypnosis session. Personally, I find it challenging to fall asleep when I know that there is breathing exercise near the end of the session that I consciously have to follow and do. I felt like I had to wait at the end of the session before I could actually fall asleep because I was waiting for the breathing exercise.

I think a great way to improve this program would be to have the breathing exercise at the very beginning of the session. That way, the listener can just relax and fall asleep.
