I've always wished to become a runner. A great desire came over me when I see other people running on the beach, in the mountains or on the street.

I think running is either something you love or something you hate. I remember gym class back in school and dreading the moment I do the mile or dreading the moment when we jog. But, after awhile when I began to see the results(more fit) and began to see my endurance slowly pick up, I actually began to enjoy it. It did not feel like work to me anymore and it was a great stress reliever. Running in general is a great exercise because it targets all areas of the body and, not to mention, burns a lot of calories.

I've been looking for a way to get back into running, but I just have been too lazy and unmotivated. I know the weather is getting great out now, but I just can't seem to get into that rhythm. I just so happened to see this MP3 on Victoria's website and thought I would give it a try because I really miss those days when I was super fit and wouldn't get tired after 10 minutes of running on the treadmill.

So right after my first session, I went for a walk. Then I noticed my feet start to pick up and I started jogging. I must have went for about 20 minutes, on and off, of course, but it was the greatest feeling. I felt so great afterwards and I wanted to keep running for the rest of the month and so I did. It's been two weeks and I see great results in all areas of my body and I got my Running Groove back!

Victoria's voice forced me to go take some action and do something for myself and I did. I am so glad I bought this product because it truly did motivate me to workout and I started to eat healthy again too! Exercise and eating right does go hand in hand sometimes! I do cardio and that includes running, but I wouldn’t consider myself as a serious runner. I think this recording is mostly about being a serious runner or having the desire to become a serious runner. She talks about the nutrition that a runner needs, the physical aspect of runners, etc.

Though, this recording is mostly about being/becoming a serious runner (in my opinion), Victoria still talks about the good stuff/benefits of ‘running’ in general. She talks about lower blood pressure, healthier heart, etc. She also talks about improving your ability to run in general and increasing your desire/love for it.

What I love about this recording is when Victoria started talking about the fact that we need to listen to our body not our ego. I find that this is important for everybody not just runners. After listening to this recording, I feel that my ability to listen to my body increased/strengthen.

Victoria also talks about running marathons and such.

I would listen to this recording if ever I sign myself up for any kinds of marathon. I would commit to this program if ever I decide to be a serious runner. I would also listen to this recording if I feel that my ability and desire to run in general has decreased.
