Recall Your Dreams Through The Help of Hypnosis

Dreams have important meaning in our daily lives – although understanding dreams require more than just a clear and conscious mind. However, with so many distractions taking away space from our concentration, forgetting your dreams as soon as you wake up starts to become more and more common. To recall your dreams, sometimes you need to take it one step further and you need to really focus on your subconscious mind.

Do you want to recall your dreams? Using self-hypnosis and affirmations can be great when it comes to dream recall. To help you get started, here are some tips that we want to give you in order to recall your dreams.

Recall Your Dream With These Tips

First off, if you go to bed at the same time every night and wake up at the same time every morning, will help you with dream recall because you are mentally creating a habit of entering that same state, which will lead you to the habit of recalling your dreams every morning when you wake up.

Get yourself a nice dream journal. It helps if you can backread your dreams – it gives you a pattern or an idea about the dreams that you are having.

Also, learn to wake up naturally, without the use of an alarm clock. Tell yourself what time you are going to get up and you will. Then, with that added 15 minutes, stay in bed with your eyes closed and remain quiet and still for a little bit.

Ask yourself, what did I dream last night? Wait for your unconscious mind to present you with the answer. Focus on your breathing and being calm. It will come to you. Then write it down in your dream journal.

Put yourself into a trance state.

Begin by paying particular attention to your breathing. Slow your breathing down. Breathing through your nose. Breathing in to a slow count of four and out to a slow count of eight. Look at a spot on the wall until your eyes are so watery and burning and that you just have to close them. Then deepen your state of trance by telling each part of your body to relax. Beginning with your head, and working your way down to your belly. Then deepen your trance even more by picturing yourself

Before attempting any other advanced dream techniques, such as interpreting your dreams, or dream incubation or lucid dreaming … recalling your dreams would be the first basic step before taking on these more advanced routines. So, get really good at dream recall. Only you know when you have achieved this. You will be able to look into your dream journal and see that you are writing down at least 2 or 3 or more of your dreams every day.
