Getting Rid Of Allergies? Why Not

Truthfully, I will be the first to agree that having an allergy is one of the most inconvenient things that can happen to anyone. Just think about it : you really want to munch on a chocolate cake, but you are allergic to chocolate itself! Or there is a seafood buffet in a party that you just attended, but you can’t eat because you are allergic to shrimp and squid. How would you feel?

According to wiki’s definition, “Allergies, also known as allergic diseases, are a number of conditions caused by hypersensitivity of the immune system to something in the environment that usually causes little to no problem in most people. These diseases include hay fever, food allergies, atopic dermatitis, allergic asthma, and anaphylaxis.  Symptoms may include red eyes, an itchy rash, runny nose, shortness of breath, or swelling.” Just by reading this definition, you can already tell that having an allergy is not really nice. You’ll be inconvenient most of the time because even simple things such as scent and pollen from flowers can trigger your allergy attack.

Sometimes, even if you try to avoid the things that trigger your allergic reaction, allergies can still occur and attack at the most inconvenient times. Skin rashes while having a dinner date is something you never want to occur, but what can you do when it hits you?
