Whether you want to accept it or not, our thoughts lead us in our lives. Whether we live a good or a bad life depends not solely on our actions but on our thoughts. The thoughts that you perceive in your mind are the thoughts that result to the actions that you make, which is why you need to master how to control and direct what you think.

In a simple sense, your thoughts might be compared to the diesel or gasoline that runs a car. If the car is you, then the thoughts that you put in your mind is the fuel that runs you. What kind of fuel you put inside your body — the quality, the kind, the octane rating — will determine how fast or far your car can go. This is the same in life — if you put good houghts inside your body, you will have a better chance to live a positive life.
