I bought this over a year ago but only listened to it sporadically before stopping altogether. When the pandemic hit and I started working from home, I decided to give this another try since I was concerned about gaining weight from being home so much. Fast forward 8 months and I've lost 20 lbs. I attribute 80% of this to listening to this 4-part program.

At first, I struggled with consistency. All 4 parts combined total over an hour of listening and although you don't have to listen to each part every day, I felit doing so would be most effective. Once I scheduled this into my daily routine, I started looking forward to the mental downtime not just for the hypnosis but for the relaxation and break from my work routine. Listening to this forced me to focus on my weight loss goal in a meaningful way. Committing to this made me far less lkely to binge on chips or ice cream late that day. I didn't want to undo all that effort!

If you have the time to devote to listening to this every day for a month, you'll establish a habit that will stick with you. Once established, I broke the parts up by listening to 2 one day and 2 the next and still got the same results - about 1/2 pound of weight lost per week. I'm glad I gave this program another chance!
