is special energy that gets created by having a sacred place to meditate. And even a sacred time of day can be very powerful.

There are 7 tracks in this program:

  • Track 1: Introduction to Meditation

  • Track 2: Creating Your Sacred Space

  • Track 3: Ujjayi Breathing

  • Track 4: 5 Minute Meditation

  • Track 5: 10 Minute Meditation

  • Track 6: 15 Minute Meditation

  • Track 7: 20 Minute Meditation


  • You can work your way from a short 5 minute meditation, to a 10 minute, 15 minute, and finally a long 20 minute meditation. You'll be surprised just how masterfully you can become at meditation after listening to this program for around 4 weeks.

I would like to share something.
I wanted to learn to meditate and set about trying to find out about it and how I could learn. Then someone suggested the Internet, and after a few disappointing trials and disillusionments I found Victoria and her CDs. With her CDs I have now found the perfect way to learn to meditate and I am enjoying it so much.
Firstly with that amazing voice of hers she explains things so well and makes it understandable and easy, secondly she teaches and helps you learn to do a wonderful and relaxing way of breathing, which you soon realise is of great help and importance to meditation. Then she does a short meditation with you so you feel as though you are being guided carefully and securely. Which you are! Slowly but surely she leads you into longer meditations, being not 'so much with you' but never leaving you completely alone, just helping to occasionally and gently keep you aware of what you are doing, helping keeping you focused....a sort of letting you know you are not alone, but never ever intruding.
I am so delighted to have last found how to learn to meditate, and equally delighted that it is Victoria who has taught and been with me.
I also 'do hypnosis' with her really making constant use of all the mp3s and CDs which I now have, and she has helped me a great deal through hypnosis as well.....but that's a whole other story!!
