I am currently listening to this product. As one of the reviewers detailed, it includes mp3's of Victoria (the hypnotist) talking about anxiety attacks and it's causes, and sharing some biofeedback breathing exercises which can make you calmer and less prone to suffering from anxiety/panic attacks. She has a track which is specifically affirmations. And she has some tracks which are hypnosis. I don't like being critical because I like and completely value other products I have bought here, but so far I have been disappointed with this product. There are too many tracks of Victoria just talking (about anxiety, different solutions, affirmations) and not enough hypnosis. Of the hypnosis included, one track, the progressive relaxation track, has a really bad sound mix, Victoria's voice (which is beautiful and perfect for hypnosis) is drowned out by Pachelbel's Canon, which is very distracting because you can hardly hear Victoria at all, and you have to turn up the volume to hear her, but then Pachelbel's Canon is blasting. I think if the sound on that track was properly mixed, well actually, if there was a complete exclusion of Pachelbel's Canon, and just Victoria's voice, I would probably rate this product a lot higher, and I would overlook the tracks of her explaining anxiety attacks. Not only that, but in one or another track, they play the Pachelbel's Canon, again, not blasting it like in the progressive relaxation, it is at a proper volume in the other track(s), but for me, I think especially after hearing it in the progressive relaxation track blasted, I don't like that song, so hearing it again distracts me a little. I am still listening to the product and trying to see if I can benefit. If I experience positive results I will make sure to modify this review to at least report that.

The "Anxiety Relief" audio recordings and hypnosis sessions are useful for anyone trying to reduce anxiety or control panic attacks. Anxiety can result from a high stress lifestyle or high stress job such as one in legal profession according to a couple of recent ABA articles. Anxiety is difficult to manage without help and these sessions are "huge" both literally and figuratively. This audio recordings download has 8 parts or tracks to it.

1. Anxiety Relief Introduction
The first part to the Anxiety Relief sessions is just an oral description of what a panic attack is and what are the symptoms. The sessions explains how panics attacks can seem like a heart attack or a stroke and how they are different. Finally, Victoria explains how she overcame her panic attacks and was successful in dealing with it recently by again using the coping mechanisms that she teaches in this audio download.

2. Diaphragm Breathing
The second part to the Anxiety Relief sessions is instruction on how to cope with a panic attack by using " Diaphragm Breathing." Diaphragm Breathing is useful because you take advantage of a natural biological mechanism which forces your body to relax. Victoria instructs you to breath in for a count of 7 and breath out for a count of 11 in a very precise way to force your body to relax. Victoria has you practice Diaphragm Breathing during this session so that you adopt it more and more as part of your regular breathing pattern.

The fifth part to the Anxiety Relief sessions is the use of Neuro-Linguistic programming (NLP) to help you control your anxiety by having your mind break down the event. The session has you imagine your last anxiety attack on a movie screen where you freeze the attack in black and white at the last moment. You then go up to the projection booth in your mind to play the event backward in your mind several times so that you break down the event and disassociate the fear you have with the event.

6. Anchoring
The sixth part to the Anxiety Relief sessions is a hypnosis session where you are able to achieve a state of calm by remembering the anchor of touching your finger and thumb together. The induction begins with controlling your breathing, then feeling your heart beat, and finally opening and closing your eyelids. The suggestion portion of the hypnosis session begins by imagining a beautiful garden and then walking down steps to a beautiful beach. You then imagine sitting on the sand and realizing you are calm and in control of your life. You handle everything easily and can retrieve this state by using your anchor.

Overall, I found the hypnosis sessions the most useful to provide coping mechanisms and relief to high anxiety levels or panic attacks which was a blessing since I found only moderate relief from Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT). I think CBT only provided me moderate help because CBT primarily mostly deals with the 10% conscious mind. However, when the reality is that things in my life are of legitimate serious concern then it is difficult to sooth away legitimate worries.

Victoria's unconventional approach provided significantly more relief since it dealt with the whole mind, i.e. the 10 % conscious and 90% subconscious mind. I recommend Victoria's other product called "True Courage" because that hypnosis session further helps overcome fears and anxiety through courage. I would also recommend you also look at "Beat Depression" because chronic stress also tends to cause both anxiety and depression. Personally, I think it is counterintuitive, but a person must learn to relax when under stress (rather than attack the problem) because your mind can only operate at high stress levels for so long and relaxation is needed for more effectively attacking problem in an intelligent way, life balance and health.

In this set of sessions Victoria explains what anxiety is, why it comes about, the possible reasons why we experience it personally and most importantly how we can cope with it so that it doesn't ruin our lives. It also includes some positive affirmations to make sure that all threats that come from negative thinking are extensively prevented. Moreover there is a session in which you can practice getting anxious in a humorous way.

It is suggested to repeatedly use any of the sessions that we like best. My favourite is "Gradual muscle relaxation", because I have the tendency to tighten up very much. I also like "Diaphragm Breathing" in which Victoria has taught me how to breath to neutralize any kind of anxiety. The session "Positive Affirmations" has helped me to see the good in me and in the world and thereby eliminate lots of unnecessary tension.

I find all the sessions are very well crafted and easily to relax and pleasantly to listen to. If you think you have experienced too much anxiety and stress lately and need a good instrument to cope with it, but also eliminate redundant tensions, you might wanna give this awesome bundle a try.

This program has many parts, so I will focus on the ones I found most helpful. I get extreme anxiety when planning any kind of travel, but especially air travel. This program absolutely helped me plan and enjoy my first air travel in years. Everything seemed to flow effortlessly into an enjoyable experience. I've always believed in the power of meditation and hypnosis, and I guess I also believe it is one of the very reasons in which I am successful in these meditations. I find Victoria's voice very soothing and relaxing, and it definitely helps draw me into a trance-like state, which helps me absorb the information from the MP3 that much more. I find myself calm and relaxed after listening to this audio, and it's like I don't have any worry at that moment. The more I keep replaying the audio and listening to it, the more I feel like I am constantly in this relaxed and peaceful state. I urge everyone to try this MP3 if they are really craving some stress relief and wanting to focus on something else other than stressors.

Bought this set for a relative who was slipping down into severe, clinical depression with panic attacs and all that. Of course this could not replace the clinical treatment he needed, with prescribed drugs and therapy, but he later on told me that the only good moments he had during the day, when he was at his worst, were when he listened at these sessions. He has recovered fully by now, and I believe that especially the hypnosis about panic attacs has helped him a lot. The contents in these sessions also seem to have been totally in the line of the therapy at the clinic, so this is very good and reliable stuff.
