When you believe in yourself, you trust and you allow good things to come into your life.


If you don’t believe trust and allow, then you are in essence holding yourself back. Your beliefs are your personal blueprint because they continually form the world around you. Believing and trusting in yourself and in your own unique abilities is incredibly important and it might even go as far back as your childhood. If you don’t believe that you deserve good things, then you will continually hold good things at bay. If you don’t trust and allow good things to come in, then you will in turn block good things from coming in. When you really start to comprehend this concept you can start making incredible changes because you realize that there are no limitations!

Very good at using imagery that involves all 5 senses to immerse yourself into a scenario where you have already achieved your goal. Right now, the end result is all you want to focus on and get that emotional high from knowing that you succeeded. Too many get bogged down in the "how am I going to do this" and then give up before even trying. This exercise puts you into a state of believing 100% you will achieve a goal, trust that the universe will send the necessary means to accomplish this and to allow people and events to bring you closer to your goal without getting attached to how this goal will come about. This is good to listen to along with other Law of Attraction meditations because it brings all the pieces into one coherent whole--a good one to start with before going into the LOA specifics (intention, action, and so on).

This meditation really has it all. A wonderful relaxation visualization, a great introduction to the important principled of getting the law of attraction to work for you, and then a wonderful section where you really get wrapped up in your wish and visualize your wanted outcome. Really good!
