This is a great meditation program but I believe is a little bit to short compared with other motivational meditation audio.

This session is titled as a "meditation". I'm not sure what the difference is supposed to be in a meditation and a hypnosis session. There is a hypnotic induction and I definitely went into hypnosis. Rather deeply in fact. You get to choose the target of your motivation in this session. You are encouraged to do something immediately when you come out of trance. I listened to this late one night with the plan of getting motivated for the following day. After listening I felt that I just HAD to do at least one thing toward the project I planned to finish the next day. It was very powerful. I just couldn't get my mind off of it and go to bed until I did something. Victoria is amazing and very easy to listen to.

Selfmotivation is probably the most important faculty that one can achieve. Because otherwise one can be bound by being motivated or demotivated through other people or through circumstances. This meditation is all about creating your own motivation based on your own desires, wishes and goals.
Naturally if you are motivated to do the things that you are doing, you will feel enthusiasm and interest at any step.

During the meditation you get an anchor for instant selfmotivation, which will bring about the state of mind pattern that is trained in this session. Well it works and from there on you fuel your motion forward. I think it is a very useful skill to have no matter who you are and what you want to accomplish.
