I started working on a weight loss goal in February and joined Weight Watchers. It went well until two months ago when I hit a plateau. This was very frustrating because I hadn't even got to half-way to my goal yet.

I pulled up this book and used a notebook to go through each section and follow the VIPER steps. I liked that the book used weight loss as as an example goal and that the author stated she struggled through the exact things I'm experiencing right now and how she overcame those obstacles.

It has taken me a few weeks to start seeing the results but I am now back on track. Yeah!

But this is not a book that you can just read - treat it like a workbook, taking a sheet of paper and implementing the suggestions. It also helps to complement this with some websites that talk about VIPER if you want to delve into a particular topic in more depth than is covered in the book.

I recommend this book to anyone having a hard time achieving goals and needs a concise but thorough outline on how to actually achieve goals.

This Goal Setting ebook is really efficient in terms of setting, planning and achieving goals of any kind and nature. I made its detailed study and it really helped me a lot. Specifically, I reached 3 of 3 goals I earlier only dreamt of reaching. This Guide is a good resource to get rid of any chaos and uncertainty in your mind and make any dream achievable irrespective of its complexity.

The 5-step VIPER model is very efficient and is recommended by lots of successful businessmen. VIPER means visualize, implement, planning, execution and recap. Victoria is absolutely right stating that VIPER can be used for accomplishing any professional or personal goal instead of dreaming about its accomplishment.

What I wanted to add is that Victoria explains importance and procedure of making sure your goals are in line with your personal values because if the goals are not in line with your values you will face strong resistance of your Unconscious. Victoria also taught me to draft self affirmations that help me overcome any subconscious strongholds on my way to attaining the goals I set. Affirmations section is the best part of the ebook in my opinion.

This Victoria’s ebook goes through the process of staying continuously self - motivated throughout the whole way of reaching your goals. (I had a lot of difficulties in forcing myself to stay motivated for attaining 3 difficult goals and had to rely on Victoria's various hypnosis recordings which really work.) Finally, this ebook recommends using a paper planner or a smartphone/tablet for taking action and regular track of your progress.

Summing up I should say that for me this Goal Setting ebook is really fantastic because it seamlessly unifies a lot of data necessary for reaching difficult goals. All recommendations are solid, and thoroughly studied and based on Victoria’s personal experience of overcoming difficult problems. However, I should read this ebook every day and continuously follow its items to avoid any disruptions and self-sabotage and to monitor my progress. I strongly recommend this product for getting started, and to keep reaching all of your goals. This book is a very good start of reaching any of your goals. Getting used to follow VIPER model also turned out to be very simple.

The Goal Setting ebook is a guide to overcoming failed attempted to reach long-term and extremely difficult goals.

The Goal Setting ebook begins with explaining the 5-step VIPER model which is extremely solid and recommended by many experts. VIPER stands for visualize, implement, planning, execution and recap. Victoria's brilliant insight is that the VIPER model can be used for any professional or personal goals contrary to the conventional uses in a corporate settings. You can learn more details about the VIPER method as applied to job hunting by using the search terms in a major book catalog of "you taking charge of your career" for an example you plan using the VIPER model.

Next, Victoria goes through the thought process of making sure your goals are in line with your personal values because if the goals are not in line with your values you will face significant subconscious resistance. Victoria also goes through the process of writing self affirmations that help you overcome any subconscious barriers to attaining your goals. The affirmation writing section is the best part of the ebook in my opinion.

Overall, I found the Goal Setting ebook fantastic because it puts together seamlessly a lot of disparate skills necessary for reaching difficult goals. All of the advice is solid, well researched advice and built on Victoria personal experiences of overcoming difficult challenges herself. However, should check out the "Develop Time Management" hypnosis recording to teach and help you take action and monitor your progress. The basic "Motivation" hypnosis recording is the only thing I have found that works for getting motivated and I strongly recommend this product for getting started, and to keep reaching for your goals

I've read lots of goal setting guides and wasn't expecting anything particularly new with this one. I was wrong! Victoria's Goal Success Guide is a goal ACHIEVEMENT guide. It has a simple 5-part strategy for ensuring that you achieve your goals. The 5 steps can be applied to ANY goal, and it's a simple model, but very powerful.
