I have been using a number of recordings from Victoria, and this one just did not click with me. It seems like an older recording perhaps? Victoria seems to just be talking in this tape. I mean there is no feeling in her voice...cant explain it better than perhaps the difference between say 'Relax' and "Relaaaxxxxx". I have download the Beach Body tape and probably should have gone with a higher rated one in the beginning, anyway.

I used this download with the Beach Body product for over a month. It was strange, and it didn't really hit me until I was riding my new bike around the neighborhood, simply enjoying getting out into the fresh air that I was actually exercising. I attribute this download to feeling good about exercise, but to me... now it's just fun!
