I bought this session to use in conjunction with the procrastination and marketing sessions. I've had ideas for several things bouncing around in my head for several years now that I always find some reason why I'm not ready to move forward yet. I have come to believe that any action is better than no action. I'm moving forward now on several related ideas. At last, I can see if they work like I think or if they don't I can move on to the next thing. This session has helped me to move past the analysis paralysis stage. I have several of Victoria's sessions. She is an excellent hypnotist. Her voice is soothing and very hypnotic.

I've been using this in conjunction with the Increase Productivity recording, and I'm finding that a good combination. I am an idea person: my ideas come constantly and multiply like rabbits, but many of them get put into my notebooks and never see the light of day.

With this recording and the Increase Productivity one, I'm finding that I'm more energized, motivated and focused on getting those ideas out into the light of day.

I use this mp3 with the one called "becoming organized" . Like i said in my other reviews, i have long term goals (about a year or 2 from now) and its easy to loose track , get comfy and not do anything towards these long term goals. So i play these mp3's in the morning when i am alone at work, in order to start my day with a positive mind and with a litle reminder that a little everyday will make a huge difference in a year from now. It's all possible if i can stay organized and if i take action toward my goals :))

I am notorious for coming up with good ideas, but implementing them... well, that can be a problem. I started listening to this session when I decided I wanted to start my own business. As usual, I had a lot of great ideas, but not really the will or motivation to move on them. I noticed after a couple of sessions, it seemed easier to actually do something towards putting my ideas into action. First it was tackling needed changes to my website, then I actually signed up for a conference that I wouldn't sign up for before. It really boils down to a confidence thing, but in this session Victoria tells you that you will recognize if your idea is something achievable, or not. If it isn't, you'll either revise it, or move on. If it is a good idea, you'll have the desire to move forward. My ideas are good ones, and now I feel more confident in pursuing them.
