I was always that kind of person who would hit the snooze button 8 times in a row. After a week of listening, I was able to do what I always wanted. Wake up an hour earlier than usual, exercise a bit and then meditate. It is now a few weeks since I moved to another hypnosis program (I listened to this for a month). My practice remained, I sometimes get back to oversleeping a bit, but in general, the effect has been so far permanent.
I would suggest to make an accompanying shorter version of this which would focus only on relaxation, visualization of evening and morning routines and then sleep. Something like 10-15min would be great. I also tweaked mine recording by adding a binaural beats and I find it to be quite effective.
