I purchased this recording because I was looking for something to help me stay movtivated to keep on track with my exercise program.

I’ve gained a lot of weight because of yo yo dieting and not being serious about exercising. I saw a person in the mirror in myself who was tired and not motivated about anything.

After few days of not exercising and then wanting to restart again I kept listening to this recording and it kept me on track and wanting to keep moving and doing some type of workout and kept me motivated to stay healthy.

I especially listen to this during my walks so I don’t get tired so soon and keep on going and keep moving.

This is a good recording and helps you stay positive and keeps you stay motivated to exercise.

Since listening to this, am now working out consistently working out 3 times a week.

I made a commitment to 3 times a week, - Tuesday / Thursday / Sunday, and doing it without question every time.

I am looking much better, because it works !!!
