This is a super hypnosis product! Over the past four years I developed the bad habit of drinking coffee whenever I was tired and used it to keep me awake while rushing to meet project deadlines. As a result of this, I developed a bad sinus problem and these horrible dark circles under my eyes. Whenever I was brave enough to go on a detox, I suffered terribly not being able to drink coffee or Ceylon tea. Since I have been listening to this download (not even nearly 30 days yet), I have developed a natural resistance to wanting these drinks. Before listening to this hypnosis session I would always find excuses to drink another cup. Now I would make a cup of coffee, take three small sips and then rather get a glass of water. My skin is looking much healthier since I reduced my caffeine intake. I will continue to listen to this until I have completely weaned myself of caffeine.

I bought this not knowing what to expect, and I have been happily surprised. Like many of the reviews for other products say, Victoria has a very calming, beautiful voice. As a background, the other times when I have cut out coffee, I have had to do a laborious process (drinking more cola, cutting my coffee with decaf coffee for a couple weeks (which is disgusting for me,) substituting tea for coffee (which I am not a fan of,) and it would require an extreme amount of willpower and conscientiousness on my part to stick to it. And I sometimes would feel intense sinus headaches the second day after quitting coffee, and feel drugged and really sleepy the third and fourth day. This hypnosis helps you quit coffee and caffeine with a process, and at each step of the process I have felt fine, not missing coffee or fighting any urges to buy one, not feeling drugged and sleepy, not drinking cola (or energy drinks:( ) to replace the caffeine. Everything has been easy. I have felt comfortable each day, and I've had sufficient positive energy to do everything that I need to do on a daily basis. If you want to quit caffeine, buy this!
