I have to be honest and say when I purchased this hypnosis pack I was ready to give up smoking. Like most smokers I’ve quit a number of times only to start again. Each time I’ve quit it’s been without the aid of smoking cessation products like gum or patches etc. And I still don’t want to use any of those products. I did however feel like I needed a little more than will power if I truly wanted to quit for good this time.

Having said that, I still don't feel I can say with confidence that I've quit for good. However, I can honestly say that since the very first time I listened to these audio tracks I have continued to decrease the amount of cigarettes I smoke. I used to smoke 1-2 packs of cigarettes a week. As of this review, I currently only smoke about 1-2 cigarettes every 7 days. I think that’s pretty impressive especially since I don’t listen to these MP3’s that often.

Nevertheless, since listening to these audios I really don’t have the desire to smoke and smoking just feels empty and pointless. I used to enjoy it but now it really has no taste. So if you’re anything like me and you want to quit or decrease your smoking and you want to do it without gum or prescriptions and what not, I highly recommend giving these audio suggestions a try.
