I ordered this mp3 to help me deal with a situation where I found myself mentally paralyzed at my workplace. In the past, I had no problem coming up with new ideas, brainstorming solutions to problems was a lot like working with a jigsaw puzzle and I relished the challenge. When covid-19 hit and we started working remotely, that started to change and gradually, I found myself more reluctant to take on new projects. I told myself I was already doing all I could to adjust to working from home but as time wore on, I realized there was more to it than that. When I saw this program, I decided to give it a try to see if I could get out of this rut.

It took almost a month before I began to see changes but once those changes started to happen, they happened quickly. In the beginning when I was listening to this, I focused on changing my environment, thinking once that happened, I would feel better. Then I started getting what the point of this exercise was and that was to change what was inside of me – my beliefs of why I was stuck, second-guessing my coworkers and supervisor’s motivations, and so on. It took a while but once I started changing my inner world, my outer world changed, almost instantly!

I recommend giving this program a few weeks for best results. It may work faster for some people but even if it takes a while, it is definitely worth the time and effort in listening to it daily
