My body is quite infexible due to old injuries. I have tried yoga and many other things and haven't had much success loosening up. Victoria's flexibility hypnosis deals with more with mental flexibility...where in your life are you being inflexible with the people you love, work with ect. I believe the mind is a direct mirror of our physical experience so if we deal with the mental inflexibility it's going to impact our physical inflexibility. I also think many people assume that just changing our thoughts will change everything, but I don't think so. I think change comes from thought married with action. This hypnosis gives you a foundation for mental flexibility that will lead you to seek out situations that will bring you more physical flexibility. I got this after I realised something - in order for my body to be more flexible, my mind has to become more flexible. It's like in the film The Matrix when the kid says about how it's the mind that bends, not the spoon. So I found this hypnosis track and got listening. Thus far I've listened about 4 times and already I have experienced great improvement in my physical flexibility when I do yoga. I'm sure it is having the same effect on my mind too! I have a feeling that over the next few months I'm going to experience greater physical and mental flexibility that I ever imagined possible before. Nice work Victoria!
