This technique is an NLP or Neuro-linguistic-programming technique that can be used in sales, self-development or in any other area of life.



NLP is based on the practice of understanding how people organize their thoughts. We all have unique filters through which we see the world depending on the experiences we have had in our lives.


NLP techniques can help you understand ones behavior better because the fact of the matter is that most behaviors have some kind of positive intention. Most of us use one of our senses more than the others, although it is more likely that we use a combination of these senses to process information. The New Behavior Generator is an NLP technique that works extremely powerful and very fast. You can re-map your brain pretty easily, using just your imagination.

I like this recording because my mind can choose what I am working on each time I listen. I've used it on several very small things so far. Things that aren't really a big deal but I wanted to stop doing them. They were very small automatic type things that I would do before I would even think about not doing so it was hard to stop myself. This session has been very effective. I'm sure I'll have to work on larger habits for a little longer but I have no doubt that I can change behavior that I have a desire to change. I think Victoria could read the instructions on a 1040 form and put me into a trance. Her voice is soothing and extremely hypnotic!

All Victorias hypnosis sessions have great quality, but this is not one of my favorites. To get rid of an old habit, you're guided to finding a role model that acts the way you would like to, and to follow them around a social gathering to pick up how they do it. I found it hard to get into and to find someone you would like to "copy", and it was not what I had hoped.

Out of all of them this is my true favourite. This is in a class of its own. The visualization is great and it really helps as well if you have any events coming up that you're worried about. If you want to change any behaviour, habit or even just increase your confidence then this is the one for you.
