You are going to learn how to meditate for up to 20 minutes at a time ... completely focused on one thought, and clear your mind of other thoughts. You can find out how simple meditating really can be.





When you endeavor to meditate, its a good practice to set yourself up for the best possible experience. So we can talk about setting up a sacred space. Many people find that there is special energy that gets created by having a sacred place to meditate. And even a sacred time of day can be very powerful.

You can work your way from a short 5 minute meditation, to a 10 minute, 15 minute, and finally a long 20 minute meditation. You'll be surprised just how masterfully you can become at meditation after listening to this program for around 4 weeks.
