I never really thought of myself as a judgmental person until recently when I realized that I seemed to be commenting or criticizing the smallest things that seemed to frustrate me. Talking to myself about the awful traffic or rude drivers.. Making negative comments while waiting in long lines. Commenting on inconsiderate or rude people or even just simple inconveniences.

Not being respected or being treated inconsiderately or being judged has always brought out the worst in me. Now I'm seeing that what I disliked about how other people treated me was really a reflection of how I was treating others and treating myself. It's long past time to change and as I'm listening to Stop Being Judmental those changes are starting to happen. Thank you.

This session is so helpful in drowning out the subconscious believe that other people must be judging me and therefore I secretly used to judge them first myself as a defense mechanism. I have started getting positive results after the fourth time I listened to this session. Where I have never believed myself to a judgemental person, I realised that I have been doing it secretly in my mind whilst actually projecting my own insecurities on other people. Now I walk away from an encounter with someone, smiling because I genuinely liked the interaction. While the results of this hypnosis are excellent, the introduction into the hypnotic state is smooth until Victoria's voice is suddenly louder which makes me alert again before relaxing me again. Not sure if it should be that way.

I find this session is a must. At least for me it was. I never noticed how judgemental I was to other people, but recently a close friend told me that I might wanna cut down on my judgementalism a bit, which was not a clomplete surprise to me but then I knew that I definitely need to work on that.

And let me tell you that this is one of the most important things when dealing with people really. No one wants to be judged, it hurts like hell and people will eventually become defensive and judge back. The interesting thing is that judgemental people like me do not even have to say anything to hurt other people. A firm look in the eye or at something that we do not understand or just judge because we recoginze something in others that we do not like about ourselves, is often more than enough for a person to close his heart for us.

And also when we judge others we really judge ourselves too and open up for the judgement of others. So in turn if we do not judge we will not subject ourselves to judgement.

If people tend to react defensively to you, this session might help you a lot to deal with this. People who complain about others judging them usually are the ones that are the most judgemental themselves. So if you can recognize yourself in that mirror, you should certainly give this session a go.

I really like Victorias hypnotic sessions, and this is no different, but it wasn't quite the session I was looking for. I was hoping for something that deals with being jugdemental in general, but this session focus more on the judging you do in first impressions in social settings. Good quality on the tape, and good for its use, but not precisely what I was after.

I had the habit of being quickly judgmental and having bad reactions to others, and I was impatient to listen or give time to others to present themselves, I had preconceptions and a lot of stereotypes about others without knowing them profoundly.

But, thanks to our lovely teacher Victoria I learned at a deep level, to be more open and have more patience, and being relaxed and calm toward other people, and I began to appreciate a lot of qualities that people have, and I began to love this huge human diversity that presents itself to me, and now, I desire to have a lot of friendships and get to know more and more lovely and kind persons.

Now, I believe that in the inside of each person resides a lovely kind person that we should reach and bring to the surface and listen to and enjoy it !

After listening to this program, I felt much more accepting, patient, and at peace with myself and others. Also, this program leads to a good, soothing feeling which I really liked. In general, it makes you feel noticeably more benevolent towards others, which is always a good thing.
I will be certain to listen to this program more often.
